funds from the pre-seed round will be used to enhance the GetWork Recruit
candidate-matching AI engine. These AI algorithms will efficiently reduce the
time it takes to source, screen and shortlist candidates, which at present
takes up at least 60-80% of a recruiter’s time. The need for an intuitive
platform that prioritizes speed and quality of hires is necessary.
